Wye Food Festival 2014
The 4th Wye Food Festival kicked off at a very busy, extended Wye Farmers Market. The lovely Claire was selling our veggies on the Ripple Farm Organics stall as usual, Sarah was running the Ripple Farm kids tent (lettuce planting and farm toys) and Martin and the Saturday crew were busier than usual with the beer tent to put up as well as the usual market stalls. Through the week we were also involved in the 'Wye Vegetable' walk and we took the Wye Brownies to dig their own potatoes in Ripple's fields. Ripples veggies were on the menu at the Kings Head 'Wye BBQ' night, and were cooked during Wye School's 'Ready, Steady, Cook'
